Rodney has in excess of 30 years experience in the construction and real estate industry and has been involved in property and facilities management, agency, valuation and development. He has provided consultancy services to the property funds management industry, all tiers of government and the corporate real estate sectors. His specific property knowledge includes commercial offices, business parks, retail and shopping malls, affordable housing, student and key-worker accommodation, retirement villages, assisted living and life-style projects.
Rodney led the Arthur Andersen Real Estate and Hospitality Services Group in Sydney and subsequently the Ernst & Young Real Estate Advisory groups from 1996 to 2003. Rodney was the Australian and New Zealand CoreNet Regional Director Learning leading two day seminars covering topics such as Aligning Real Estate and Business Strategies; Strategic Outsourcing; and Technology Strategies that Drive Corporate Real Estate. He is also a regular CRE columnist for the PCA Property Australia Magazine as well as the property columnist for the Facilities Management magazine.
