Property Beyond is flexible with project fee structures and resource arrangements. These can be structured in one of the following fee formats to meet specific client:
  • Hourly rate or daily rate fee rates.
  • Estimates of Maximum Fees Not-to-be-Exceeded per stage or project.
  • Fixed fee based on an agreed Scope of Works and project duration.
  • Tariff fees for standard services.
