CoreNet Global, National: Rodney Timm was the Region Learning Director for this USA-based Coporate Real Estate association from 2003 to 2008. This Executive Development Program was based on the seminar series which were customised for Australia and New Zealand. In this role we led and co-ordinated the program comprising of a series of two day seminars covering industry relevant specialist topics such as Aligning Real Estate and Business Strategies; Strategic Outsourcing; Coporate Real Estate Technology Solutions; Workplace Strategies to drive Corporate Performance; Corporate Real Estate Finance; Advanced Lease Analysis; Negotiating Skills; and the Impact of RE Transactions of Financial Statements.
FMEdge, Facilities Management Training: Property Beyond has been appointed to develop and present two training modules for the FMEdge's Diploma of Property Services (Asset and Facilities Management). This Diploma course is being developed for the Department of Defence to meet the training needs of the members of their property team. The Property Acquisitions module is focused on the procurement of lease-hold or freehold properties that are needed to meet the operating requirements. The Property Portfolio Investments module is focused on structuring and managing an organisation's portfolio of properties and facilities to meet the operating needs and expectations of the organisation.
Various Clients, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa: We have conducted executive development seminars for various government and private organisations, introducing Corporate Real Estate concepts. Generally these workshops range from two to five days of intensive training and participant workshops customised to their specific industry. The content covers topics related to Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management groups.
