Australian Catholic University: Property Beyond advised the University on various strategies to grow the Sydney campus based on various decentralised and consolidated options. The advice included development and procurement financial analyses with supporting transaction management advice. The advice included researching and sourcing possible campus sites, assessing the various scenarios and providing a detailed financial analysis for each option under consideration.

City of Sydney, NSW: Appointed to provide portfolio strategy advice which resulted in structuring the City’s Strategic Asset Plan Property for their four portfolios: Corporate Services, Community Services, Investment and Public Domain. These portfolios include over 200 buildings and 600 other sites with each of these portfolios have discrete and often conflicting the key performance objectives.

Department of Veteran Affairs: Appointed to develop a Property Management Plan for the portfolio of administrative offices and client contact centre across Australia, to meet the CPMG guideline requirements including providing revised accommodation standards and a risk management plan. The project methodology includes: reviewing DVA's strategic plan and other strategic documents; considering the existing property portfolio; consulting with stakeholders to understand portfolio objectives, issues and opportunities; undertaking a gap analysis; and identifying opportunities for the portfolio to better support DVA's strategic direction and business needs.

Origin Energy in Queensland, NSW, Victoria & South Australia: Property Beyond worked with the Origin property group to prepare a property and accommodation portfolio strategy for the portfolio of properties on the eastern seaboard of Australia including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. This analysis included a high level review of the business units operations occupying the premises. These functions included the corporate offices, back office financial processing and customer support call centres. In addition the growth prospects of the various business units were assessed and factored into the forecast needs.
