We have been involved in developing and leading various Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management executive development programs in support of the growth of industry capabilities in this region. Besides working with industry associations, we also provide companies and organisations with customised internal development programs to meet the skills development needs within the organisation. In addition we have developed agendas and convened planning workshops to facilitate ‘brain-storming’ exercises to define and clarify property groups’ on-going strategies and resolve internal strategic planning issues.
We also provide on-going mentoring for internal property and facilities team members.
