
We provide financial modelling and structure business cases to support property decisions. With our financial modelling and accounting knowledge we provide detailed assessments of alternative options for leased and owned property strategies to determine the financial implications on the business. These implications are modelled indicating the cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet impacts based on the true cost of occupancy over the life of the lease or life cycle of owned assets including aspects such as the cost of capital, depreciation, tax, incentives, whole-of-life maintenance and sustainability costs.
We undertake these assessments by working together with finance groups within organisations to develop innovative transaction structures and funding mechanisms.
