We review and structure key portfolio management principles and guidelines to drive improved portfolio performance and balance cost constraints with business unit needs. This may include drafting directives, policies and procedures for adoption covering aspects  such as ‘user pays’ and internal capital charging; acquisition and disposal procedures; own versus lease directives; ‘total cost of occupancy’ measures; as well as policies to support lease related activities such as rent reviews, renewal options, make good obligations, lease surrenders, terminations and new lease procurement.

We focus on ensuring the management and performance measurement of owned and leased properties are structured and linked to the delivery of the organisation’s priorities and objectives. We provide advice on ownership and leasehold strategies to optimise security of tenure, occupancy costs and flexibility to support future business changes.
